For that reason, all course purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law. These Terms of Use govern access to the websites, learning programs, downloadable resources, and related services offered by Executive Coach Ashunda LLC (“Executive Coach Ashunda,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a product, or using this site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Professional development scope

Our programs provide psychologically informed professional development and educational content. They are not psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, crisis services, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for services from an appropriately qualified professional. Purchasing or completing a program does not by itself create a psychologist patient, therapist client, employment, fiduciary, or other regulated professional relationship.

If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you may harm yourself or another person, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Program access is for the individual purchaser or properly assigned organizational learner only and may not be shared.

Purchases, access, and refund policy

Prices and access terms are displayed on the applicable offer and checkout pages. Successful payment provides access through the account and email used at checkout.

Because digital purchases provide immediate access to proprietary instructional content and downloadable intellectual property, all course purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived. Duplicate charges or confirmed billing errors will be reviewed and corrected as appropriate.

Intellectual property and permitted use

All program content, frameworks, written material, videos, graphics, workbooks, downloads, branding, and related intellectual property are owned by Executive Coach Ashunda LLC or used with permission. Purchase grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the material for your own professional development during the stated access period.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, upload, distribute, sell, sublicense, share account access, create derivative commercial products, use the materials to train an artificial intelligence system, or otherwise exploit the content without prior written permission. Resources specifically marked as downloadable may be downloaded or printed for the enrolled learner’s individual use only.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with site security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, misuse another person’s information, or use the site unlawfully. Access may be suspended or terminated for material violations of these Terms, including unauthorized sharing or distribution of content.

Optional services

Any coaching, advisory, integration session, organizational service, or other individualized offering is separate from course purchase unless expressly included. Optional services are subject to availability, separate payment, scheduling, and any additional terms communicated before booking. They are not required to complete a self directed program.

Third party services

The site may rely on or link to third party services such as Thinkific, payment processors, email, scheduling, or external websites. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third party content or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Results and availability

Individual results vary, and no specific personal, professional, financial, health, or organizational outcome is guaranteed. We may make reasonable updates to content, presentation, or platform delivery. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free access, but we will make reasonable efforts to address material access problems.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Executive Coach Ashunda LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or programs. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
